Peatland Forest Ranger

Launched in 2012, the Peatland Forest Ranger (PFR) Programme is an environmental education programme for secondary school students to educate them on the importance of environmental protection, particularly the peat swamp forests.

Following its success, JPFR was introduced in 2014 specifically catering to primary school students.

Focus:
To educate students about peat swamp forests near their residential area and to impart knowledge on peat swamp forest ecosystems, through field trips and activities.
