The project mainly aim to support baseline data collection in Binsulok Forest Reserve and Klias Forest Reserve through the installation of camera traps within the areas.
Objectives:
Updating data on wildlife biodiversity in forest restoration areas and adjacent areas of Binsulok and Klias Forest Reserves.
Key Activities:
- Setting up 8 units of camera trap within Binsulok and Klias Forest Reserves.
- Analysis and compilation of baseline data of wildlife biodiversity.
Key Outcomes:
- Hired one community helper for biodiversity monitoring activities.
- Collect data on the presence of wildlife through camera trap images for future agencies management.
